Use this before the open after Databento files are uploaded or when data looks stale.

Confirm Daily Trade Read, Databento OHLCV, Databento Session Levels, Packer Summary, and Hard-Data Summary are current.
If Databento levels are stale, run the Databento intraday pull, rebuild Databento session levels, and run the full refresh.
Run update_signal_summary_daily.sh and rebuild charts before relying on the model.
Confirm whether the current move is headline/rumor driven or hard-data driven.
Use the Risk Control card first: tradable, no-trade, or invalidating.
Review sell-rally, support, resistance, opening range, prior close, high-volume zones, and invalidation from Databento Session Levels.
Do not chase breakdowns if price is already extended lower without fresh volume/OI confirmation.
Check Fort Morgan and plant flags. Keep plant kill N/A unless verified hard-data source exists.
Review COT crowding, boxed beef, beef trade, weekly production, and feedlot flow.
Before the open, define action, no-trade, invalidation, and what flips the read.
